How to change the author hyperlink on your blog?

  The computer’s sometimes my worst enemy, so can someone tell me how to

  change the hyperlink of the author’s name on a blog so it can redirect to the author’s page?

  Please don’t hesitate to use a preschooler’s vocabulary.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Where the author name is linked is coded into the theme PHP script files and we do not have access to those. Right now it links to the author archive which shows all posts by the author.
