How to change the background's color? Thank you

Hello
I am using Under the Influence theme, you can see the theme’s background is white, is it possible to change it to other color? I mean, without upgrading my account? if yes, how? if no, is there any other work around?

There is a workaround, but the design of theme doesn’t really lend itself to the addition of a bg color, so the result won’t be good.

Sure. Paste this in a text widget:
<div style="position:fixed;top:0;left:0;background:#E0FFFF;width:100%;height:100%;z-index:-11;"></div>
(Replace E0FFFF with the hex for the color you want) -

Can you elaborate this? I don’t understand. Say I have a page, I want to change the page’s bg, do you mean I need to add a text widget? I don’t think a widget can be added into a page, it can probably be added into the whole website.

what I really want to do is to change the whole page’s bg color, I don’t need fancy ability to tweet the details. If there is a way to generate the whole page with the <div></div> mentioned by panaghiotisadam, then the bg will get changed

I don’t understand either. Your original question wasn’t how to change to a single page, it taw how to change “the theme’s background”. That’s what the code I gave you does.
