how to change the blog name

  My blog displays the text “ruby musings and more” as the title of my blog.

  How do I change his?

  I have searched high and low and can not find how to change it.

  In yoiur blog admin click Settings at the bottom of the left column, then General from the menu that appears. That should bring your here:
  http://rubydotnew.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php
  and you can edit from there :)
