how to change the blog title

  When I register a new blog, it says I can change the title anytime. However, when I want to change the title, I could not find anywhere that allow me to change it. Would you please tell me is anyway I can change the title. Thank you.

  You can change your blog title by going to Settings > General from you blog’s Dashboard, and changing the text in the ‘Site Title’ section.
