How to change the BUY button to REGISTER button
-
Hi there. I’m so sorry we haven’t been able to solve the issue with the Eventbrite connection for you. We’re still working with Eventbrite to sort out what might be going wrong, which probably isn’t much consolation since you’ve got events coming up.
In the meantime, I’ve refunded you $99 for your Premium plan purchase, but the Premium plan is still active. You should see the refund on your statement in about a week, though likely sooner.
I’ve also given you an additional $99 in credits you can use to renew the Premium plan in 2015 (or for other upgrades). The credits will automatically be applied when you renew or checkout.
I’ll let you know when we have progress on getting your events to work. Again, I’m sorry for the troubles.

I appreciate the credit to this account. I do use WordPress for a number of clients and will still recommend you in the future. It doesn’t look like any progress has been made yet, and our events start this Saturday.
I do have a suggestion, especially for a need like mine. If I was able to have make a calendar per City rather than a one master, they would’ve cut down the number of listings per day. So maybe having an option to save a Calendar by Category might be helpful.

Thank you for your suggestion about the calendar categories. We’ll be sure to consider that, as well.
