how to change the color of all header text?

  Please assist me on how can i change the color of the text you see in my header image of the blog associated with this username?.My blog header contains this texts Kutch-The Heaven Kutch Nahi Dekha Toh Kuch Nahi Dekha! & i can change the color of Kutch Nahi Dekha Toh Kuch Nahi Dekha! from the Appearance>Header menu but how can i change the color of “Kutch-The Heaven”.

  That would require modifying the CSS and that would require the Custom Design Upgrade.
