how to change the color on the first part (name) of the heading?

without signing in the name of my organziation seeds of love appears in white, hard for newcomers to read, on top of the photo i selected. must i change the photo, or can i change the color of seeds of love. when i go to appearance, then header it lets me change the color of the bi-line, but not the words seeds of love.

The Andrea theme does not provide the option of chnaging the color of the blog titles here > Appearance > Header. A few themes do provide for changing font color in the Blog Title and/or optional Tagline and/or links but not many do. http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/03/24/color-customisable-themes/ In the majority of themes font changes to font families, colors and size in the blog title, tagline, menu, post titles, page titles, categories and tags, widget headings, comments, and links cannot be done without purchasing an annually renewable custom design upgrade and doing the required CSS editing.
