How to change the colour of footer widget sector of the blog

  I wanted to know how change the colour of the footer widget section, on my website is a deep red.
  I wanted to change it white, but can’t find the option.

  Since i want the background of the footer to be white (to match the blog) – will the text colour automatically turn black, right?

  Hi there, add the following to your custom CSS and see what you think.

  #footer a {
      color: #000;
  }
  #footer {
      background: #fff;
  }
