How to change the comment text?

  Hello,

  Instead of the comment section reading “Leave a Reply” I would like it to say “Make a Suggestion.” How would I achieve this?

  Also I do not want any sample text to be displayed in the comment box. For example, “Enter your comment here…” How would I remove this as well.

  You can change the comment prompt (Leave a Reply) through the Discussion Settings as explained here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-form

  However, the “Enter your comment here…” prompt is unable to be changed.
