How to change the contact infos on my Blog?

  On my blog is on the bottom my contact info with my email and my phone number, but I really wanna change it, but i don’t know how to!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry but you are in the wrong forum.
  This forum is only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
