How to change the currency to pay for a plan

Hello,
I opened my WordPress account when I lived in Canada but now I live in France and would like to subscribe to a Personal plan and pay in Euro. I have tried everything under the sun but I keep getting the pricing in Canadian Dollars. I have added my French bank card in the payment methods but this has not changed anything.
How can I make WordPress change the currency for his subscription plans to be in Euro instead of Canadian Dollar?

Hi there,
We use geolocation to set your currency, so adding a credit card from a international bank does not do the trick in this case. The good news is that we’re able to change this manually on your end, so I have updated your account to Euro as requested.
You should now see that pricing reflected on all our upgrades. https://wordpress.com/plans/

Hello,
There is a domain that I would like to purchase while subscribing to a Personal plan. It is available through the search but when it is time to hit the pay button I get a popup that tells me it is unavailable, why is that so? I can also see on other domain websites that it is available.

Hi, I’m having the same problem. I was living in Australia but now I live in Canada yet my billing still shows up in Australian dollars.
