How to change the DNS on a domain name

  I am trying to change or transfer a domain attached to wordpress.com to another registrar or point that domain to another hosting as I am not using that domain with my current wordpress.com website. How do I go about to do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Aloha eatdrinkandbeaware, If the domain is registered with WordPress.com, you can follow these steps to update your name servers (DNS):
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/
