How to change the domain associated with my WordPress.com account?

On my WordPress.org dashboard for BeerPulse.com, I see references to another domain that I own in WordPress.com-powered plugins (I think it’s due to Jetpack). This is the case in both Stats and Email subscriptions. I get messages from readers that they have subscribed to a different domain than mine.
I have BeerPulse selected as my primary domain though I added the other one after it. So Jetpack appears to be just automatically associating BeerPulse with the latest domain that I added to my Worpress.com account.
How should I fix? Thanks!
