How to change the Font Color in the header?

    I am not very computer literate but I hope someone can give me “quick” fix on how to change the color of my header font. I recently re-activated my blog : https://wordpress.com/view/flaxworxnz.wordpress.com and added some more photos to the header but now the original font color (green) can hardly be seen) – would like to either darken or lighten it – Of course I could just use different photos… but that woudl defy the purpose.

    So I upgraded to a premium plan as it said I could do these modifications with that and I did see the CSS button but I have no idea how to get on from there…

    Oh the theme is an old one that I rather like (and would not want to update) – Retro Fitted – so it might be that it is too old and I can’t change it but I am pretty sure that I did change the color to this green when I first started it… so it worked back in the day so to speak.

    Any help that is not to technical would be great!

    Hi there,

    It looks like you switched to the Owari theme since posting here. Do you still need help with this, or are you happy with how it looks on the new theme?

    While I completely understand you wanting to stick with the old theme, I really do want to recommend you give the new one a try – there are limits to what we can fix when a retired theme breaks, and the theme you used to have is also not mobile-friendly.

    Hiya, yes I got so fed up with it all that I switched – and had a few teething problems with that one as well but they all got sorted pretty quickly. I had a feeling that the old theme might eventually cause problems. So thanks a lot for getting back to me though and I mark this as resolved! Cheers
