how to change the font of bottom navigation, "next" "previous" article?

well, jerry did help a lot so far. thanks. plus he wanted me, to get answers from the forum. now i tried and got no reply, so again i contact support.
my theme is clean home. i need a html code to change a font size. below the text of an article and below the comment reply is a navigation. this shows the title of the next and the previous article. those i need to make smaller. please forward a html code in oder to get this done. tks in advance.
