How to change the font of the "Leave a reply" title

  Please the font size of the custom title for Leave a reply that i wrote : “Leave a comment for the Bee… & sign it by just writing down your name!” is way TOO BIG compared to the font size of the post itself !

  How can I change its font size to smaller?

  17px is the font size of the post.
