How to change the homepage and put the blog into a new menu?

  My blog has used to be my homepage (with no other name after wordpress.com/). But now I have purchased a new theme with a special homepage, which I have called “Home”. My old blog doesn’t longer have a menu bar. How can I put my blog into a new menubar called “Blog” and use the new homepage as the start page without any other name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Create and publish a page called “blog” (with no content) or whatever you want the name of your posts page to be and then go to settings > reading and set the static home page to the one you want and select the “blog” page you created as the “posts” page and save.
