How to change the "hour" to "only date" on my front page in apostrophe theme?

  Hello! My blog use the Apostrophe Theme, however, I don’t know why my blog had the message “two hour ago” , “:one day ago” in the box with the date of the post in my homepage. I dont wanna this kind of detail, only the date of the post in this blue box. How can I fixed this? Could you help me? thank you!

  We bloggers do not have access to the template files underlying our themes on wordpress.COM hosted blogs and cannot edit them. This is a multiuser blogging platform. All blogs wearing the same theme use the same underlying template found on the live demo site for each theme.
