How to change the language setting into English

  I have just opened my site, but everything was in Japanese. I chose the language to be in English and yet there are some instructions written in Japanese when I posted a blog. How do I change the language setting to make the site completly in English?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I deleted the site and created a new one, this time it became in English automatically. I don’t know why.

  Apparently, you can change the language setting by going to Account Settings and change the setting at interface language.

  Too bad you deleted the site.

  You can use set only one interface language for your blog.

  > Dashboard > Settings > General

  * Replace NAME_OF_BLOG with the actual name of your blog in that URL.

  Scroll down to:
  Language this blog is primarily written in.

  You can also modify the interface language in your profile.
