How to change the lines to the menu word instead on a theme page

  Hi,
  I love my theme page but I don’t like the icon for the menu bar, they are 3 lines and nobody seems to figure that this is the MENU, how to change this for the word MENU instead.
  I would very thankful if I can switch to the words.

  Hi.
  You can add the Word ‘menu’ by using this code:
  .fa-bars:before {content: "menu";}
  But this will unbalance the layout. So you will need in addition to broaden the menu element display.
  .fa-fw {width:2.6em !important}
