  Hi, you can customize your menu at wpadmin>appearance>menu.
  Here is a link where its really good explained how to work with menus on wordpress.com.

  Hi folks, hope you don’t mind me adding that in the MySite dashboard, menus are managed in the Customizer at MySite>Design>Customize>Menus
