How to change the Menu Text size

  How can I change the font size of the Menu without changing the size of the body text?

  I am using the Abel theme and have the purchased the custom design upgrade. I have added category widgets to the left side bar to serve as a secondary menu, but would like the font to appear larger. When I try changing the font size using custom design, the only options are “Headings”, “title” and “body text”. The body text (for whatever reason) changes both the size of the blog post text and the size of the widget side bar menu. Is there a way to enlarge the size of the widget side bar menu without changing the size of the blog post text?

  It looks like you’re using the Gridspace theme on your site right now. Did you still need help with the Able theme?
