How to change the “more-function” text?

  Hello blogger,
  I have now 2 blogs here and a little question.
  In tried to make my entries in my new blog bilingual.
  So is decided to use the “more-function”. So the User must just simply click at the more button to see the post in a second language.
  Now I wanted to know how I can change the standart text: “Read the rest of this entry »” to for example “Click here to show the Post in French”. I cant finde the php file where this configuration is located. Can somebody help me?
