How to change the name of the blog (not blog URL)?

  Hi!
  My blog URL is http://tominboots.wordpress.com/
  and the Blog name or title is TISS. I don’t want to change the URL, i want to change the name on the
  top of the blog.
  How can I do it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Settings > General
  don’t’ forget to click “save changes” when you are done.
