how to change the name of the name of my .wordpress.com?

I’m new to wordpress and am still trying to figure some things out. Right now, the toolbar says my site is called http://mariejg.wordpress.com. I don’t want it called that. I just put that to have something when I first signed up. How do I change what people see in their URL bar?

Since you don’t have any content in the blog – just register a new blog on the same account – use the first blog for practice -set to Private if you want
Dashboard >> My Blogs >> Register a new blog

I do have a few post already, I just have them set to private. If I start a new blog is there a way to copy the posts on to the new blog?
