how to change the page title for separate pages

    I’m new to WP and was wondering how do i change the page titles for separate pages in wordpress twenty eleven?

    On my main page, I click the source and the title is blank:

    <title></title>

    On one page I made called “Contact” the source is:
    <title>Contact </title>

    Is there a way to adjust this to what I want?
