How to change the payment from Dollars to Reais? Our company is Brazilian

    Hi, I created an account for a brazilian company, and we want to go premium. However the website requests payment in dollars, and converting to brazilian currency (Reais) is way more expensive than the Brazilian wordpress, and the website doesn’t allow us to change it. How to solve the problem in order to let our account in wordpress Brazil?

    Hi there,

    The cost of upgrades in different currencies varies based on currency conversion rates as well as other local costs (such as VAT).

    The currency used for buying upgrades at WordPress.com depends on your billing information. For example, if your billing address is in Brazil you will see Reais, but if your billing address is in the United States you will see US dollars. If you’d like to be billed in US dollars, you’ll need to choose a billing method (such as credit card or PayPal account) linked to a US billing address.
