How to change the pictures width from 640 to 740px on Adelle?

  Hi,

  I am using the Adelle theme and I increased the width of my articles from 640px to 740px by changing the size of ‘section’ under ‘media’ in style.css. Trouble is, my pictures don’t adjust, they are still 640px.
  Even when I upload new pictures to my blog, the maximum size for them remains 640px. How can I change that?

  Also, on wordpress.com when I uploaded pictures to my articles they automatically appeared with a 640px width, but now when I upload them they appear in the small format. Since almost all the pictures in my articles are big, I want to change the automatic size from small to big when I upload my pictures. Can you help me with that too?

  Found it :)!

  So besides changing it in the style.css file, I also realised I had to change it:

  1) In the functions.php file:
  if ( ! isset( $content_width ) ) $content_width = 740;</blockquote>

  2) In the editor.css file:
  img {margin: 0; max-width: 740px;}

  I couldn’t say if there’s a best way to do it but that’s what I found and it works!
