How to change the required field

  Actually in the checkout page, the phone number has to be ‘required’ field.
  but when i choose the option ‘required’ in the theme, craze, it’s chosen well.
  but appears ‘optional’ still now. I asked the reason the theme company.
  But they said it’s not for theme problem, just for setting on woocommerce.
  How can i change something??
  Please give me the navigation how to fix it well.
