How to Change the Site Title

  I want to change the name of my blog. I already went into Dashboard>Settings>General and I changed the Site Title, but it’s not showing up in my Admin bar – main menu like WordPress Support says it will. Is this just a matter of time? Do I need to uncache something? Please help!

  I can’t recall when mine changed, but it did eventually.
