How to change the site's URL?

  i’ve searched for months for an answer. the wordpress tutorials aren’t helping because in the updated version, hovering on my blog doesn’t give me the option to change its url. help asap thanks.

  Are you clicking on “My Blogs” from your dashboard? You need log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard and go to Dashboard–>My Blogs on the left hand side. Do not click the WordPress logo or go to My Blogs from the WordPress.com Reader page.
