How to change the static page header.

  Hi Guys.

  My blog has the header and menu bar as when you move down it follows.

  I’d like to have this remain just at the top, and not follow the user as they scroll down (as in when they scroll down the page only shows the full content with the menu and header disappearing)

  Please advise on how I can have this changed – its probably so simple – i’ve forgotten hoe to do this.
