how to change the status of my domain?

    HI, well we have a problem as we received a letter so that we can pay for 5 years and get our name domain for 5 years… as it will soon end.
    But after, I got this email.

    The transfer and renewal of your domain name, agapeparis.org is not yet complete because your domain name is currently in a “CLIENT TRANSFER PROHIBITED” status with your current registrar WILD WEST DOMAINS, INC..

    In order to complete the transfer and renewal the “CLIENT TRANSFER PROHIBITED” status needs to be removed. Please see below for instructions on achieving this.

    Solution:
    – Log into your account with your current registrar, and change the status of your domain, agapeparis.org, from “locked” to “active”.

    – Alternatively you may call your current registrar, WILD WEST DOMAINS, INC. (see phone number below) and ask them to remove the lock status of your domain name and allow the transfer to Domain Registry of America.

    So I called Wild west domain, but they say that we should contact wordpress because they can’t do anything.

    So can you help us?
