  how to change the subtitle on my page where it says camera operator/ sound recordist, under XIAN DONG?

  You can change the tagline in your Dashboard at ‘Settings’ -> ‘General’. Fill in your title in the form that says: ‘Tagline’ and save your settings by clicking the blue button that says ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page.
