How to change the subtitle thing…

  Hey! I’m new to wordpress, and I want to change the little subtitle thing underneath the title of my blog from saying “Smile! You’re at the best WordPress.com site ever” and I have no idea how to do that. I got it once before on this blog that I deleted and now I can’t seem to find it again!! Someone please help :(

  Go to Dashboard->Settings->General and it’s the Tagline.
