  I’m new to wordpress and I would like to remove the text” This WordPress.com site is the bee’s knees” in the middle of my home page and replace it with my own slogan. Can anyone please help? Greatly appreciate it, thanks.

  Crystal, to remove that text, go to appearance -> Header and uncheck the “Show Reader Text” option, or change the text to whatever you would like…

  Dashboard >> Settings >> General >> Change Title or Tagline

  Will work much better

  Remember to save changes (bottom of the page)
