How to change the time zone

  I’ve found the instructions to change the time zone, but is that option only available with an upgrade?

  No, you can go ahead and change the time zone on a free blog.

  I believe I should be able to, but what is shown on the support page isn’t the same as what is available for me to change. I can change the site title, language, etc. but there’s no option to change the time zone.
