How to change the title name & interlinkage of Archive Title block?

    1)I added three Archive Title blocks
    2)need to change these 3 Archive Title blocks to 3 different Title Name & different interlinkage
    3)my issue is CAN NOT find the path/way to change the title name of an Archive Title block & its linkage,
    would you please tell me how to change it, please show the mark key-press on the screenshot step by step. thank you very much! (it is the free version of WordPress in free wrodpress.com)
