How to change the URL filename path for uploaded media?

  I uploaded a document and I saw that WordPress assigned a filename path that includes the year 2014 and the month 08 which are not correct. I want to change it to 2017 and 01, but I can’t locate the place where that filename can be changed. I can only copy it the URL and not edit it. I inherited this wordpress.com site, so I may not have full Admin access, is that a possibility? Thanks. Below is the URL filename path I mentioned:

  Never mind. I figured it out. I had to type in /wp-admin at the end to get into the Admin panel and I can see the Media option! Thanks! No need to answer me.
