How to change the URL of one of my blogs

  Hi,

  I have two blogs that I would like to change their names. One of them is called brightonwithlove.wordpress.com and I would like to call it brightonsouls.wordpress.com from now on. How can I do it? Because I don´t see anywhere the option.
