How to change theme options button and links colour back to original?

Hi i need help with my theme options page in the admin panel. I changed the “button and links colour” and now my cursor is not able to hover over anything. The menu of my pages doesnt come down when you hover over them and i cant sign out my admin panel.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated???
