How to change title text?

Hello all, I am brand new to blogging and having a hell of a time just getting my own words up on the title. All that I can get to show up is the default “Heron13’s Blog”. My question is how do I change it? I was using the thirteen theme and couldn’t get anything to budge, so I switched over to the greenery theme and managed to just take that text out. But really what I am looking to do is put my own title on the header. It seems like this should be easy but I have been banging my head against a wall for over an hour on this question. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated b4 I get a TBI(traumatic brain injury). Thanks and many blessings!

That theme displays the title but not the tagline. I don’t see the title on yours, although my test blog’s title shows in preview. You can change it at Settings>General.

The title can be changed by going to settings > general in your dashboard. Make sure and click the save changes button.

What is interesting, and the M is going to have to T about, is how my second reply about GMTA ended up before your 11:28 and my 11:30 posts.
Perhaps there is a wrinkle in my timeline?
