How to change twitter handles for old posts on wordpress

  Hello,
  A while ago I updated the twitter account that is connected to my wordpress account. Previously it was @amlatham and now it is @soypoblanablog. On old posts (from before I updated it) when I click the twitter share button the old account (amlatham) still appears automatically. How can I change it so that ALL my posts only are connected to @soypoblanablog ? Thanks!
