How to change url?

  Hello,

  New to WP, and would like to know, is it possible to change my current URL from its current address to a new address, ex: change from abc.wordpress.com to def.wordpress.com. OR is it easier to just create a new account?

  To change a blog URL ending in wordpress.com, please follow these steps:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Another alternative is to purchase a custom domain name to take “wordpress” out of the domain altogether. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/
