How to Change widgeet title tag from H3 to H4?

  Hi,
  Im trying to change the title tag for the menu widget (for example:
  https://www.marcoloprete.it/blog/seo/google-analytics-guida/, “ESPLORA IL BLOG”) from H3 to H4 for seo reasons. Can you please help me?
