How to Change Widget Block & Show Widget Only on 1 Page?

This is two problems that evolved from an earlier thread (details below).
1. How to change blocks on sidebar widgets (“remove block” didn’t work)
2. How to make widget appear only on the right page (details below)I’m starting a new thread because I solved the original problem of How to Edit Widgets many stages ago (https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/how-to-edit-widgets-2/#post-3740193) as I worked with staff, but this widget entitled More Bio Links now shows on every single page of my blog. Not okay! It should appear only on https://sarahbowmansite.wordpress.com/my-bio/
A staff member said to use Legacy block but it’s not working. Nor am I sure that is the way to go. When I tried Legacy block, I could not find the titles or links I wanted to show on it.
PROBLEM: I am unable to change from column block to any other block! I “removed block” and started all over. I clicked on List but it did not do list. It still does the single column block like I chose a while ago. That is okay now because I got good formatting now. The problem is that More Bio Links widget appears on every page of my blog, including posts. This is wrong! It should appear only on the My Bio page https://sarahbowmansite.wordpress.com/my-bio/. How do I fix this?

Will anyone ever help me? I have been struggling with this sidebar widget for many days. One solution only leads to other problems. Should I post it elsewhere? What am I doing wrong?
