How to change widgets to side bar

  I’m using the kelly theme and all the widgets I add are placed in the footer. I want them placed on the side of my blog posts, so people don’t have to scroll all the way to the bottom, but can’t figure out how to do that.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Well, you have to start by choosing a theme that has a sidebar in the first place. Kelly does not.
