How to change width of block

  Hi all,

  On the front page of my blog, I have a heading block and a normal paragraph block. They are not the same width and it looks terrible. Can you help me sort this? Also is there a way to justify align text?

  I was going to include a screen shot but I can’t see a way, the blog is not active yet. In essence, how do I specify the width of a block?
