How to change width of menu item in predefined theme

    Hello I am using the Broomley theme for my blog https://sonyalpha.blog
    I would like to change width of my menu item as often titles are long and spread over 2 lines making reading difficult and long list of menu items can not be well scrolled on small screens

    Where and How can I change this
    I tried to find a stylesheet with parameters to change but I just have an empty css

    I don’t know how to code a css and just would like to get this width and padding fixed
