How to change WordPress login url

Hi, I’m trying to get my WordPress site public and I would really feel more comfortable with the login url changed but I’m having a hard time doing so and can’t seem to figure it out? I know that there are plugins to do it but I’m using WordPress.com and I know that it has limitations as far as plugins and things like that. When I go to plugins I’m not able to use them. Is there a way to change the login url without plugins? I really need the help and don’t really know who else to ask or who would know.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
The site’s owner can change blog visibility to Private by going to > Settings > Reading scrolling to Blog Visibility and selecting option 3. See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings

*Replace NAME_OF_BLOG withe the actual name of the blog in that URL.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account

P.S. The link you posted is not helpful at all you have a wordpress.COM hosted site. You do not have a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting. The only support docs that apply to your site are at https://en.support.wordpress.com/
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, run different theme versions of themes with the same names, and many people get confused about the two. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

This isn’t possible on WordPress.com.
If you’re concerned about security, you should enable Two Step Authentication.
Even if somebody else had your password,they still wouldn’t be able to login to your site when that’s enabled.
